Your privacy is important to us. Return to Work PLUS has implemented a policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, www.returntoworkplus.com.au, and via telephone and email.
Return to Work PLUS only collects personal information that is essential to assist us in providing a quality service to you (and where applicable, your employees). We collect information by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we are collecting information and how it will be used. Generally we keep a record of information that identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone contact, employer details and information concerning your employment arrangements and banking details in the event of a refund or cancellation.
Return to Work PLUS may also record and monitor our online zoom (or other webcam platforms) training sessions with our staff and other participants for training and coaching purposes. Return to Work PLUS shall only do so if at the start of the conversation, we have asked if you are prepared to proceed accordingly or, alternatively, have provided an opt out facility.
Return to Work PLUS will only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. Stored data will be protected within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Personal information will only be used or disclosed for the purpose of providing you with quality training, consultancy or other services, or another purpose which has been disclosed to you, with your consent, or if requested to do so by WorkSafe Victoria.
You are free to refuse us your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
